1-bedroom-villa:    50,-- € (including bed linen/towels for 2 persons)
2-bedroom-villa:    75,-- € (including bed linen/towels for 4 persons)
3-bedroom-villa:  100,-- € (including bed linen/towels for 6 persons)
4-bedroom-villa:  125,-- € (including bed linen/towels for 8 persons)

Additional Services:
Bedlinen and towels (weekly change obligatory):Euro 10,- per person / week
Domestic animal  only on request Euro 30,- per animal / week, only with our confirmation
Additional person only on request (Euro 15,-/day), only with our confirmation
Our baby service (high chair and baby bed) is free of charge, only with our confirmation
Additional bed: Euro 50,-/reservation, only with our confirmation

Arrival / Departure:
Sunday (Euro 50,-) or after 19:00 p.m. Euro 30,- each
After 22:00 p.m. only in case of urgency and with previous agreement Euro 50,-

Prices are including:
Taxes, final cleaning (not in season A), electricity, gas and water (normal consumption); Please consult the information of each villa regarding extra electricity and water consumption; heating and air conditioning extra; in winter season, electricity, water, gas will be charged for extra

Terms and Conditions

Reservations:
We require an advance payment of 30 % of the rental to confirm your reservation. Please send this amount to Alquileres Villamar S.L., c/ El Verderol n° 83, E-03720 Benissa by bank transfer. As soon as we receive this payment written confirmation will be sent to you. The balance of the holiday cost must be received by us not later than 45 days before your confirmed arrival date.

Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your holiday the following charges apply:

Cancellation 45 days before arrival                    -  25 % of the total rental price
Cancellation 44 – 30 days before arrival            -  50 % of the total rental price
Cancellation 29 – 14 days before arrival            -  75 % of the total rental price
Cancellation 13 days or less before arrival         - 100 % of the total rental price

Loss of reservation:
If you do not arrive within 48 hours after the beginning of the rental period, or do not inform us of a later arrival, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled by you. In this case 100% of the rental will be charged. Your booking will remain valid if your later arrival is within the time period corresponding to the advance payment.

Alternative accommodation:
It is unlikely that your accommodation will be changed. However, sometimes unforeseeable circumstances are unavoidable and you may not be able to occupy your required accommodation. In these cases Alquileres Villamar S.L. reserves the right to make a change. The alternative will be of an equivalent standard, but may be within a radius of 10 miles of the originally booked accommodation.

Complaints:
If you have any cause for complaint regarding your accommodation please inform us within 48 hours of your arrival, to give us the opportunity to resolve things immediately. If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the accommodation we will inform the cleaning company directly.

You can, of course, contact us for any other assistance you may need during your holiday.

Use of the property:
You are responsible for the property and expected to take all reasonable care of it. This also means leaving the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.

You must not:

  • change or move the furniture in the accommodation or carry out any construction work or repairs without written authorisation
  • exceed the maximum occupancy of the accommodation, ie the number of authorised persons, according to the accommodation description, must be adhered to.
  • take explosives, flammable or other similar materials which can cause any damage or inconvenience to the surrounding area into the accommodation
  • do anything which causes danger, distress, annoyance or damage to third parties in the vicinity
  • bring any pets with you without prior agreement of Alquileres Villamar S.L.

If these terms are breached Alquileres Villamar S.L. reserves the right to cancel the contract immediately without returning your rental payment.

Liability:
Alquileres Villamar S.L. will not be liable for any loss, theft, damage or uninsured accidents which might occur to you, your party or your belongings. Furthermore we cannot be held responsible for any problems with the supply of water, electricity or gas or any construction work taking place near the accommodation which is beyond our control or affected by force majeure. Alquileres Villamar S.L. also shall be not liable for any difference in furniture from the photographs published.

Departure:
After expiration of the contracted time period you must leave the accommodation. Otherwise triple the amount of the daily rental will be payable for each additional day. In addition Alquileres Villamar S.L. may take legal action.
Changeover day is Saturdays
Arrival is between 16.00am – 19.00am
Departure is between 8.00am – 10.00am
If a delay is unavoidable you are kindly asked to inform us by telephone on 630 776 205.
Arrivals between 20.00pm and 22.00pm and Sunday arrivals will be charged an additional 30€. If you arrive after 22.00pm we are not able to give directions. Clients have to find the rented villa by themselves. Directions can be given on Sundays, also at a charge of 30€.

Disputes:
Any dispute will come under Spanish jurisdiction and will commence in the court of Denia (Alicante).

Refundable Security Deposit:
Upon collection of the keys a deposit of 200€ or 500€ is payable in cash (according to the category of accommodation). This amount will act as a guarantee against accidental damage to the property. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure. We reserve the right to deduct the relevant sum for any losses, breakages or damage caused to the property or contents during your stay, plus the cost of extra cleaning if the property is not left clean and tidy.
